Rejoin Wireless Controller WC7520 into stack

We have three WC7520 that used to be configurated into a stacking, one of those were problems to sync and get information from the master.  To fix this issue we removed this one (182) from the stacking and when we tried to insert it we've got this message:

We add it as a slave connected into a Master (181).

Any advice to fix it?

Thank you.

  • Hi, We explored other options but could not find a better solution then wiping out the existing configuration and re configuring everything from the scratch.

    Hi MLO_Dukes,

May I know how did you removed the 182 from the stack? Did you just unplugged the cable then try to reconnect it?

    Regards,

      Hi JohnCarloV,

For removing it I just click delete on Stacking tab and restarted all three Wireless Controllers.

      I didn't remove any cable.

      Regards

        Hi,

Looks like the stacking configuration was not wiped out completely when you remove the controller 182 fromt he stacking configuration. Can you factory reset the controller .182 and try to add back to the stack?
