Unmanaged WAX60Y Access Point
Since an update it now appears as unmanaged and does allow me in, how do i fix this?
I managed to fix it, i had to reset it and it now working

Hi, ill add a few screen shots but basically since it now shows unmanaged i can't get into it to update etc it shows no devices on it. The solution you sent doesnt show how to get it back as managed and let me back in. it just shows how to get to purchase history

Unmanaged looks to me like the status once the Insight is or was expired. He credit status does confirm that....
You can always regain access doing a factory reset (plus read the fine documentation), and reconfigure these APs from scratch.
