DumaOS not loaded yet!
For some reason my router login password stopped working. I had to reset the password and when I logged in I get this message.
DumaOS not loaded yet!
Any idea whats going on?

I did a reset, I get the same issue when I try to login. I had this router running for about a year with no issues. All the sudden today I got this issue.
- Netduma-FraserNetDuma PartnerDoes this occur for the entire interface i.e. you can't access any page or is it on specific pages it happens? In System Information on the R-App panel options change the number of retries to 5 instead of 3 and then reboot the router please and see if that helps. What is your firmware version?
This happens after login. I am unable to go to any pages. I am on the latest firmware. Did a factory reset and there was no updates.

I'm reporting the same issue. Both myself and my friend living across the country logged onto PSN and got the same exact problem.
We used this workaround:
1. http://routerlogin.net/adv_index.htm
2.Administration -> Firmware Update
3. http://www.downloads.netgear.com/files/GDC/XR500/XR500-V2.3.2.32.zip
4. Unpack the .zip file
5. Browse to Image file
6. Upload
This got our XR500s working for now. I hope this helps and I hope this issue gets a permanent solution soon.
Thank you for that.
- Netduma-FraserNetDuma PartnerThank you Dr_Evil_Genius for that workaround. It seems a few people have experienced this today, I have raised this with our team so we will investigate this ASAP. If you're having issues please follow that workaround.

Same issue here. Firmware updated two days ago after purchase. Ran fine until this afternoon and now I cant login. There were no changes between working and non working.

when using http://httprouterlogin.net/adv index.htm
my browser or my XR500 was locked to the DumaOS. I had go
old school typed in its IP address.
So if anyone else has that problem just type or copy and pasteor

Thank you to Dr_Evil_Genius for thinking of a workaround.

http://routerlogin.net/adv index.htm (correct)

Same issue here. Been scratching my head all day about this, but I'm about to downgrade the firmware myself to resolve the issue as it seems this is a fix according thos this forumn and a few others I checked out.
- Netduma_JackNetDuma Partner
Hi - it should now be fixed actually, so instead of downgrading could you try rebooting your router instead (i.e. turn it off and then back on again). Please let us know if that fixes your problem
- Netduma-FraserNetDuma PartnerPlease see the fix I posted above, it should just require you to do a reboot if you're on the current .56 firmware.
- SlurpsInitiate
Sorry didn't read the post above me. Restarting router now to try and see if it's all fixed before I downgrade

I have returned from a business trip to this issue, reboot of router does not fix the issue

Same issue here since yesterday. Mulitple re-starts same issue. Last option is Reset which I'm not keen on.

Hi Dan801
try :
1. http://routerlogin.net/adv_index.htm
2.Administration -> Firmware Update
3.Router Auto Firmware Update -> I Disagree
- Netduma-FraserNetDuma Partnerdan801 you most likely just need to delete the cache/cookies on your web browser and then you will be able to access the interface.
