Orbi iOS app Device Manager Error Sorry your device list failed to load. Please try again later.
Model: Orbi RBR850
Firmware: V4.6.14.3_2.3.12
iOS App: 2.25.0.44
The app shows the network map just fine but gets an error attempting to show the device list. The error is:
Sorry your device list failed to load. Please try again later.
This is happening from both an iPad and iPhone.
If I go to the web page for the router, I can see the devices list. I recently updated the Orbi firmware, so that may be when this started. Anyone have a solution?
FYI, I've power cycled both the router and satellite, but this did not resolve the issue.
All:
The issue is no longer happening for me. Not sure what happened, but I tried the app again tonight and the device list is now showing. Hopefully it's working now for everyone.

- NaugRxAspirantI’m having the same issue. Just started today. Wonder if it’s issues with netgear’s remote access servers. I’ve seen a couple posts just today that this error is occurring
- MagnumTiInitiateMine started doing the same thing today, got this message:

I'm having the same problem. I disconnected the Xbox from the WiFi yesterday, and now trying to get turn it back through the Orbi app today, it just comes up with an error. Will resetting the router fix this issue?
- abottrillInitiateExact same. Rebooted, reset, reinstalled app. Nothing shows up.
Any progress on this?

No solution yet. I was hoping someone from Netgear would respond.
Has a power off for 1 minute then back ON with the ISP modem and router been performed?
Be sure to restart your network in this sequence:
Turn off and unplug modem.
Turn off router and computers and mobile devices.
Plug in and turn on modem. Wait 2 minutes for it to connect.
Turn on the router and wait 2 minutes for it to connect.
Turn on computers and rest of mobile devices.
Not yet.
Netgear? Anyone listening?
Try submitting another bug report thru the app. Give your details. NG won't respond here.

Glad it's working. Please mark your thread as solved so others will know. Be sure to save off a back up configuration to file for safe keeping. Saves time if a reset is needed.
