Loosing WIFI (Internet) on single primary SSID

Brand new system of RBE971 w/ (3) RBE970 satellites all running V9.13.1.2 firmware, but I keep loosing INTERNET on the primary SSID, while the GUEST SSID is connected and working fine.

Why? This setup cost a fortune and should be rock solid...

Thanks for providing the screen capture.  Just curious, what happens when you connect to the Primary WiFi SSID?

Does every device fail to get Internet when connected to the Primary WiFi SSID?

All the devices on that primary SSID loose connectivity.

Devices on the GUEST or IoT or hard wired into router and/or satellites remain connected.

No lights on any of the satellites, nor router when this happens.

What is the Mfr and model# of the Internet Service Providers modem/ONT the NG router is connected too?
Be sure your using a good quality LAN cable between the modem and router. CAT6A STP is recommended.

What is the size of your home? Sq Ft?
What is the distance between the router 📡 and satellite(s)🛰️? 30 feet or more is recommended in between RBR 📡 and RBS 🛰️ to begin with depending upon building materials when wired or wirelessly connected.

Are RBS wireless or ethernet connected to the RBR?

Does this happen with the RBS turned OFF?
Does this happen with both wireless and wired devices?
What channel configurations are currently set on the router?

      Answers to your questions:

      1. Size of house is irrelevant when the router is loosing connectivity to the FIOS ONT (brand new - 2.5 gig speed when working)
      2. Distance btw RBR & RBS also irrelevant as that connectivity is rock solid
      3. If I turn off RBS, yes RBR still looses connection to the FIOS ONY
      4. Channel config is irrelevant as issue is RBR loosing connection over a wired (cat7 Ubiquiti cable) to ONT

Is IPv6 enabled on the RBR?

Perhaps not helpful to the discussion, but.....  When devices are connected to the Primary WiFi SSID:

    • Do they appear in the Attached Devices display with IP addresses?
    • Is it possible to communicate with them on the LAN?  (perhaps 'ping' their IP address?)
    • How is the Access Control feature set on this router?
(page 54 of the User Manual)

      1. Yes, attached devices still display with IP address, DHCP on router is working fine. Issue is connectivity btw router and FIOS ONT
      2. Yes, inside LAN is fully functional
      3. Access control feature is irrelevant for this issue

Since this is something that simply should not happen, and does not appear to have been reported before, it is difficult to imagine what could be the cause.

A relief to hear that Access Control shows the devices connected to the Primary WiFi network are Allowed.

Are Bitdefender Armor or Smart Parental Controls enabled on this system?

      November 6th update:

      1. Yes - Bitdefender Armor is enabled on router - remember issue is just on a single SSID at a time while the other 2 have internet access
      2. Replaced ethernet cable btw router and ONT w/ a STP Cat 8 cable ~15 feet away from each other
      3. Upgraded to the latest FW released on Oct 31st on all satellites and router

Still  occurring. At 1st it was just the primary SSID, now it seems to be random. This morning the IoT SSID lost internet connectivity

I recommend you open a support ticket with NG support and reference this forum thread.
