AX12 AX6000 Wifi Router losing password on devises
On several occasions one of two of my devises will not connect to the Wifi. When I connect is says it has the incorrect password. The devise connected before with the password that i installed. I will then sign in with the password and a messages comes back that it is the incorrect password. I know that it is 100% correct and other devises are stilled signed into the wifi.
The router will not let me log in either. I have to turn off the router and then back on. It will then let me sign in to the wifi with the password.
This is happening at least once or twice a week. What is the issue?
Yes it works, the problems are solved

I am having the same issue with my router as well. This really needs to be addressed. While there is a workaround, it is not an acceptable way to have to manage the router, Other than this, which I do consider a big issue, the router is excellent in terms if every other aspect of its performance. NetGear, please get back to us on this,

Hello rctvideo & VelkySyr,
A few questions for the both of you:
1. Is the issue occurring on all devices?
2. Have you tried factory resetting your router and going through the setup instructions again?
3. You may also try forgetting the network on your wireless device and reconnecting
4. What firmware version is your router on?

I have exctly the same problem, last 3 days, our iphones (6, 7 plus), and my galaxy note 8 and ipad pro (2018) all latest firmwares lost their connection and couldn't reconnect due to their passwords being incorrect, which I am sure wasn't the case, after several times of retrying it worked again.

Hello, I have had this problem for some time on my router, an it's also happening to visitors trying to access my home WiFi. I have the latest firmware (1.0.1.56) - is this beta firmware out of beta yet? I'd dearly love to make this password issue go away.

Hi Streaky,
Would you mind confirming the model number of your device (eg. RAX120)
Thanks,Christian
