Cannot access local admin page and not allowing authorization

Having trouble logging into local admin page after having readycloud discover ReadyNas device. When the new window opens to the local admin page authorization, I've tried admin/password and a slew of other username/password combos. Upon hitting cancel, I get taken to the password recovery, where I fail the question and/or email combo... Cannot recall if I changed the default username/password years ago when I set this up.

I've installed a new router (Netgear N750) in the past three months. Possibly the problem?

Chrome and windows 7. I have access to the ReadyNas locally, but looking to regain access through Readycloud remotely.

Thanks in advance!

    Hi ginak,

    Welcome to the community!

What is the model of the ReadyNAS that you're using? Also, tell us the Firmware version running on your system.

    Kind regards,

      Thanks for the help!

Model is RN10200 (Diskless). Just updated ReadyCloud to most up to date (v.1.8.1220 and then did another update after install).

Readycloud remote access was working this fall during my travels, but then stopped working this spring and the only change (that I'm aware of) is the new Netgear N750 router (and associated modem provided by ISP - Thomson ST 516 Speedtouch v6).

      Thanks!

        Hi ginak,

Thanks for your feedback. It is possible that the IP address has been changed or had a conflict after installing the new router in your network. Could you try to check or track the IP address of your ReadyNAS using the RAIDar utility? Also, try to access the local device admin page via http or https (eg. http://192.168.1.1 or https://192.168.1.1). If this won't work, last thing you could try is to perform an OS Reinstall (will only reset the admin password and network settings).

        Kind regards,
