Timeout while connecting via Readycloud

Hi,

recently I cant connect to my two NASes via Readycloud I just get:
Error:

5000000001
Timeout sending message to device

ReadyCloud does show me both NAS, but when trying to browse it times out wtih an error above.

Both are accesable on LAN, admin pages work on LAN. Internet connection is fine.
Is this ReadyCloud that is slow or is ther something I can check on my end?

Thanks

  • Hi tomas_v,

Are both NAS devices connected on the same network?

You can check first the Internet and Service status of your NAS by logging in to the local admin page, then go to the Cloud tab. Both the Internet and Service should have a green check on them.

You can also try leaving then rejoining the NAS to ReadyCLOUD and see if that helps.

    Regards,

      Thanks John,

leaving and joining back did help. Both are now working on ReadyCloud again.

      Thank you
