Can't register device to Replicate account??
I've had a pair of Pro4 NAS boxes using replicate (semi reliably) for awhile. I hade to delete a lot of files on one of them so I did a factory reset. I have since lost the ability to connect it to the replicate service. I re entered all of my license info but it will not connect to the replicate account using the credentials (forget exact wording).
I can remove and re-add the NAS that I didn't reset to the replicate account all day linnusing the same credentials. I even tried creating a new replicate account, resetting the NAS again and giving it a different name. No success.
To me, I noticed that the one that works shows the license being recognized with extra information. It says it's a commercial perpetual license. The one that I reset has the license but shows none of that extra info. Is it possible there's a broken netgear license server? This is very frustrating.
Also, I have not kept up on new improvements. These are running the last version 4.2.3 (if I'm remembering right) and is there a new replicate type system available to me? Are these units upgradable? Now would be the time.
But I still need them to work. If anybody has any ideas please let me know.

Hello jonas914,
What version of Replicate addon are you using? Please try to remove and add back the replicate software on your NAS and check if that will make any difference. Your NAS is already running on the latest firmware version 4.2.30.

Hello jonas914,
This specific NASis it connected to a network that is connected to a network that has internet access? Have you tried on a different web browser and clearing cache or using different computer in activating the license?

No, did not try another browser. It doesn't seem like that kind of error.

Can please provide a screen shot of the error you are getting when trying to activate the license and PM me the Replicate license so we can try to check if we can request a reset
