- remualdAspirantnas interface displays a server error so -_-' ?

- PapaBear1ApprenticeWhile I do not have a NV+ v2 (or a Duo v2) to experiment with or tell you the exact steps, you should be able to download version 5.3.4 onto a local PC. Then you should be able to perform the upgrade locally rather than remote (which downloads from the server).
If you still have access to your data, I would back it up completely before you did anything. - remualdAspirantits my only solution ?....
- PapaBear1ApprenticeYou can only downgrade by using a local upgrade. That has been the case across all models. The remote will only pull down the most recent version. It's not that bad. If you need the link to 5.3.4, I will find it for you.
- remualdAspirantthis is not the problem!
as shown in the screenshot I can not make the version change via the interface, that's why I wonder if you can do it via SSH - PapaBear1ApprenticeI don't know about SSH. Are you clicking the "check for updates" button? That only works for remote update, not local which is what you want. I will have to PM someone who has an ARM based unit to try to join this discussion. As I said, I do not have one of these, but page 72 of the manual talks about the local update so it should be possible.

Local update should work fine... are you saying the NAS checks/reads the local file and rejects it? Perhaps you can't downgrade if so... a driver (or whatnot) could have been updated that won't work with the older release. - mdgm-ntgrNETGEAR Employee RetiredYes you can downgrade the firmware via SSH. Same procedure as on other platforms except using ARM firmware.
But first can you post output of
df -h
df -i - remualdAspiranthi ,
# df -h
Filesystem Size Used Avail Use% Mounted on
/dev/md0 4.0G 518M 3.3G 14% /
tmpfs 16K 0 16K 0% /USB
/dev/c/c 8.2T 5.5T 2.8T 67% /c# df -i
Filesystem Inodes IUsed IFree IUse% Mounted on
/dev/md0 65536 14647 50889 23% /
tmpfs 30852 1 30851 1% /USB
/dev/c/c 136970240 393822 136576418 1% /c - mdgm-ntgrNETGEAR Employee RetiredOutput of that looks fine. Go ahead with the downgrade if you like.
