RAID5- Data degraded (data innaccessible) then Volume disapeared after reboot

Hello,

When I came back from home, my nas displayed "DATA degraded" on the screen. As I could not access the data, I tried rebooting it, but without success, the data degraded is not showing anymore now since the volume as completely disapeared.

Now the log says

"Disk : detecting increasing  ata error count.." on both disk 3 and 4. (this message displayed for the first time yesterday)

The 2 disks are greyed in the status

Thank you in advance for any help you can provide.

PS : I see this question recurring so i'll answer before it comes to me : No,  unfortinatly i do not have a backup of the data.

    Hello DannielJ,

Unfortunately, ATA error is not good, it is more worisome that you have 2 disks getting this error message. I strongly suggest to contact support team asap. This may need data recovery, if data is still recoverable.

Hello, Thank you for your answer, it is indeed strange that both failed at the same time.

I have checked the logs and the error never happened on any of the disks before.

How do I contact the support team please ?
