ReadyCloud not connecting

This morning I went to check on a unit and got "Unable to connect you can only connect to units on your network". I normally just reload the page and it works, this morning it didn't work.  All 8 units, 2 model 104, 2 model 204, 2 model 314, 1 model 316 and one model 428.

All the units are on line locally and I can load the admin page by typing in the IP address locally, but while they all show up in readycloud I can't access the admin page. I rebooted the 428 and then it greyed out on readycloud.  Is this external to my network?

Are your NAS using static addresses?

If you look on the cloud page in the web UI, there should be status on both internet connectivity and readycloud connectivity.  What are you seeing there?

      Hi johnw248

Are you using the ReadyCloud desktop app?

You have to check what StephenB mentioned regarding Internet and Services availability, This to make sure your NAS is connected on the Internet to use ReadyCloud.

      Regards

This is how I'm connecting with Google Chrome on Win7 on various machines

      http://readycloud.netgear.com/client/index.html#page=access

In the past I could right click on a unit and choose admin page. That doesn't work now on any device on any machine.

What I did find works is to change to discovery and then the manage on the right will connect to the admin page.

Don't know where the information is you refered to. Just tried to load the page in IE and it won't even get past the "loading page" message at the top.  Of course gave up on IE because of all the certificate problems originally with getting to the Netgear ReadyNAS admin page.

        https://nas-ip-address/admin

Click through the security warnings, and log into the NAS admin web ui.  Then click on the cloud page there.
