ReadyNAS 104 no accessible after to upgrade 6.9.1 and update PLEX
Hi all, The first thing is to say thank you very much in advance for your help. I have a RN104 since Nov.2015 with 4x6TB in RAID 5 (almost full) with both LAN connected with 2 IP. I upgraded...

Your data volume is pretty much 100% full. I think this is your problem. You shouldn't let the data volume get this full.

Thank you very much for your reply. Currently ReadyNAS has around 142 GB free although could be almost full as you mention. I will try during the weekend to reduce the data into the disk and come back with answer...
Then other question comes to my mind which is can I extend memory more in the ReadyNAS? In theory 4x6TB is the maximum but I have USB ports free. I tried but it seems not possible.
Thanks

You could try replacing two of the disks in the NAS one at a time with higher capacity disks. Wait for the resync to complete before replacing the next disk.
However I’d suggest making sure your backup is up to date first.
- davidtv99Jan 14, 2018AspirantI think 6TB is the max disk I can insert in the ReadyNAS and not possible this option.
I have tried to delete some content but it seems not possible. I delete in Windows the folder, complete the process but the folder continues there.
When I try with Mac also not possible. Look like a problem with the permissions and checking the ReadyNAS admin web I am able to see 2 admin accounts... really strange.
Also not possible to defrag (in some seconds the process finish ‘satisfactorily’).
Any idea how to delete one of admin account? Just to try this for avoiding ding any kind of incompatibility in permissions...
Thanks - davidtv99Jan 14, 2018AspirantAlso, when you say backup up to date... are you referring to have the back up of 16TB of data? It is not possible for me...

So is the data important or isn't it? Important data should not be stored on just the one device.
There are higher capacity disks than 6TB ones on the ReadyNAS Hard Disk Compatibility List
