RN104 Slow Performance since 6.7.4

I upgraded to 6.7.4 on June 19th, and since then accessing anything (ReadyNAS Suirveillance) or the device itself has been really slow.  I update to 6.7.5 today and the problem persists, though not as bad.

I've check the logs, and there's been no errors in the last few months other than the AV failing to update a while ago.

Any ideas?  I did a restart for just in case, but no real change.

  • Actually... it was just slow after 6.7.5 as it was updating the AV.

It seems to have fixed the 6.7.4 'slowness'.

Good to hear.  Let us know if the performance drops off again.

  • Hello there,

I am also experiencing very slow transfer speeds (6-7 MB max). I am not 100% sure, but I aslo think it started around after I updated to 6.7.4 on June 3rd. Updated to 6.7.5 today but no change. I have checked cables and stuff, did a few restarts and tried various files.

My ifconfig reports 1 Gbps speed on the eth1 adapter:

Please run top command, check CPU and memory loading,

also try to disable IPv6 in NAS admin GUI->Network->eth0 or eth1 setting.
