Reset button on WAC510 does not respond

I have a WAC510 that is not responding when I press and hold the reset button to reset.
The arrows in a circle keep flashing intermittently, the power light stays solid amber, the wireless indicator lighs don't come on.
I have tried to do the factory reset several times to no avail. I have 50+ of these devices in our low-income seniors reseidential apartment buildings and don't know for certain how long this device has been non-functioinal .
Anyone else have this issue and ow do you resolve it?

Correction, I have TWO devices of the 50 doing this.

@markRNHC / @cifellic,

 

I suggest you to open a support ticket with NETGEAR Support at anytime here for a hardware check. Be ready to upload a soft copy of the Proof of Purchase of the WAC510 for warranty verification.  If your WAC510 has been proven faulty, an online replacement will be processed for as long as its hardware warranty is still valid.
