GSS116E Power Failure
Woke up this morning and the power was out on my GSS116E. It was working fine last night when I went to bed. I unplugged it and plugged it back in and the power light does not come on and the lights just quickly flash. Hardware is under a lifetime warranty and chat support, but I can't get connected with anyone. Thanks in advance for any support.

Re: GSS116E Power Failure
Yes, tried to factory reset with all cabled disconnected.
Also, powered off, tried various outlets and event tested the power adapter with a power meter and its draws power.

Re: GSS116E Power Failure
Leaving alone this is a Plus switch, not a Managed switch (I'll request a mod to move this thread accordingly to the appropriate section). The formal way goes over https://my.netgear.com/ -> [Request Hardware Support]
The same applies to the Limited lifetime* warranty and lifetime support chat - the same channel should be used. -> [Get Support]
