M4300 Stack freeze issue
Hi
I need help with M4300 stack.
We have two M4300 connected to one stack.
Firmware version 12.0.9.4.
Every 14 days stack is freezing and all traffic is blocked.
Both members of the stack display that they are stack master.
After restart problem is coming back after 14 days.
Any ideas ??

Are your two management switches M4300-12X2F?
Could you please provide me with "tech support" ? it will be very helpful to check to find the casue of the issue you are facing.

I see if I can find the root cause of the issue through the tech support file, but I cannot guarantee that the root cause of the issue can be found. At the same time, we have set up an environment to observe.
