Thank you for your message. No, we don't have NAT firewalling in our Fully Managed Switches. If that's what you require, I am afraid I won't have an alternative for NAT.

I would like to clarify if we can connect SFP link from 10G sfp of M4300 to a 1G sfp of another switch. will it give uplink with this connection??

Yes, sure! M4300 SFP+ ports are 1G/10G, just plug a 1G SFP transceiver in M4300 SFP+ port that is the same type as in your other 1G switch, and the link will come up (for instance, NETGEAR AGM731F for 1000BASE-SX on MMF).
