Anyways. I have a RAXE500 Router. Cannot delete armour according to Netgear staff. Armour is causing major problems resulting in failed streaming sites and other logins. Armour is also causing failure with Netgears own APP. RAXE500 router will not function as a router because of Armour.
Q. Does anyone out there have any solutions on disabling armour and all of its ops with the RAXE500? Netgear released this app without proper R/D bug-outs. No help from Gearhead or Netgear on solution.
Try this, press the reset button on the router for 10 seconds then release. Walk thru the setup wizard using a wired PC and web browser pointed at 192.168.1.1. When you get to the home screen, the Armor window should pop up, select Don't Show this Again at the bottom of this window. Don't enable armor on the NH app.
