Managing Devices linked to Armor Subscription
Hi,
Armor is installed on my Mesh WiFi 6 Router (MR60). Currently experiencing the following issues:
1. Despite installing the relevant Bitdefender Application on managed devices, the Armor Security page on the Nighthawk Mobile Phone App does not display all the devices on which Armor by Bitdefender is installed and activated.
2. The 'Devices'link embedded in the L.H.S. drop-down menu on https://armor.netgear.com is not working. Further, this 'Devices' link shows a count of (36) devices though the Armor application has been installed & activated on only 8 devices, as shown on the 'Manage Services'page.
