Netgear Armor blocking my kids academic website

Hi,

I recently enabled Netgear Armor power by Bitdefender on my Router RBR50. It was wokring great until i hit the wall.

My Kids academic wesite http://brilliantlms.abcdteacher.com/site/userlogin is being detected as potential harmful websitte and not allowing to access the web site.

In the Orbi App when i check the threat alert it is mentioned " if ou still wish to access this site, select unbloced url to add in to the "Unblocked" URL list. however there is no option avialble to unblock.

I submitted the URL to Bitdefender and also got the response the website is found to be clean and they have unblcoked in their engines. which is still not allowed in Armor.

Screen shot enclsoed. Can somone help to get this resolved or only option is to disable armor from router? which i dont prefer.

Dear Friends,

I had 1st Gen Cicle Device connected on my network for Parental control. I disbled the Circle and visited the site and noticed i received threat alert with option to unlock the URL.

I suspect Circle was the culprit in my case 🙂

have you tried using the app on a different device? LIke if your currently using a android device, try an apple or vice versa?

thanks Plemans for for your respose, I am using Iphone for Orbi App to check this case from your suggested point of view i used Samsung S10 Android also. it is same.

the article you shared is correct, unfortunatley i get this unblock option for other thearts links only for my kids acadamic site it does not give me option. I have attached snap shot of threat from Orbi App.

Firmware on Orbi is latest, Mobile Orbi App is latest.
