Night Hawk R7000 cannot activate Armor
Night Hawk R7000 cannot activate Armor. Get " failure to subscribe" message. I rebooted the router but no change.
Model: A7000|Nighthawk AC1900 WiFi USB Adapter - USB 3.0

Hello @RichLi ,
I'd like to help you troubleshoot the error you are encountering when trying to activate Armor. While I am awaiting some information from our engineering team can you tell me a little bit more about your experience?
- Is this the first time you are trying to activate Armor on your router?
- If so, have you attempted to factory reset the device after activation?
- Lastly, can you please private message me with your serial number so I can have our engineering team investigate any issues on the backend?

I tried Armor when it first came out but it had issues in finding all of my devices. I did a factory reset on the router.
