I had to factory reset my Orbi 960, and have not been able to reconnect my router to Netgear Armor. I have verified that my subscription is active, and when I click the security icon in the Orbi app, it takes me to activate a trial subscription, which fails. It does not give me an option to log in to an account. I have also not been able to find a way to connect through a browser. I am running current firmware.
