RBR750 activate bitdefender armor subscription on the orbi app

hi, i bought a bitdefender armor subscription, but i can't see it from the orbi app, and if i select the security item, it sends me back to the bitdefender store.
How do I link my subscription to the app??

I followed the guide, but when I open the Orbi app, after connecting it to the router I see what's in the attached image.

if I tap on Armor, a browser window opens and takes me to the bitdefender store page.

I don't see any "Activate" button

where can I find it?

What you select the 3 horizontal lines at the top left corner of the app and open a menu. Do you see My Subscriptions listed here?

Yes, report the app bug.
I no longer have the support contract for netgear, so I believe they don't give me support for this issue.

System shows that your NETGEAR Armor subscription expired January 2023. Can you please confirm when did you subscribe NETGEAR Armor?
