Unable to Unblock URL in Amor

I keep getting a generic error in AMOR when I try using the "unblock access" and there seems to be no interface in the router to manually whitelist websites.

An error stating "Something went wrong, sorry about this. Please try again" is not helpful.

I have tried rebooting the router, no change. I have tried reinstalling the app on my phone, no change.
