Can't add RN424 to insight

In my insight app, my readynas RN424 shows up as an insight manageable device.
When I go through the process to add it, i get the message that it Cannot be Added, the device model is not supported by insight manager.
The readyNAS is on firmware 6.9.1.

Thank you

Re: Can't add RN424 to insight

Hi @l_vuk,

Welcome to the community! 🙂

Let us isolate the problem.  Kindly answer the questions below:

a. Is ReadyCloud enabled on your RN424?

b. Do you have an existing Insight account?  If ever you don't have, kindly create one.  Refer to the article below as reference:

How do I create an Insight account?

Not sure if you are aware of the article below.  Just sharing it to you and used it as your reference guide:

How do I discover, add, and register a ReadyNAS storage system in the Insight app?

More knowledgebase articles here:

Re: Can't add RN424 to insight

Hi @DaneA
Thanks for the reply.

a. Is ReadyCloud enabled on your RN424? Yes it is.

b. Do you have an existing Insight account?  If ever you don't havem, kindly create one. Yes already have insight account, I have 3 switches and 1 access point already added in.

I have gone through those articles and knowledge base, but still get the error that the device model is not supported by insight manager.

Thank you
