remove unclaimed devices from insight account

Hello,

 

I would like to fully remove some devices from my insight account. They were purchased for a business I was assisting, and we have since parted ways. I removed them from insight and removed the location from my list of locations, but they still show up as unclaimed devices on my account.

I would like to fully remove them as I will no longer be managing them for this company, but I cannot find any instructions on how to do this.

It's possible that you still have the devices registered on your email that is linked to your NETGEAR Insight account.

 

That being said, you may request to have it unregistered on your account by contacting support here.
