The spec for the Intel Pentium D1508 says it is only available as a ball grid array part, which means it's not user upgradeable unless you have some very expensive soldering equipment.

The Pentium D-15XX, Xeon D-15XX, Xeon-D 21XX series are all BGA models, so as the above poster mentioned, not replacable.
