Re: RN212 READYCLOUD NOT WORKING ON WINDOWS7

I have the same issue here. Was working fine and then won't connect a few days ago. Windows 10 works fine but Windows 7 just stopped working. I see 2 errors: "ReadyCLOUD Server Unavailable" when I try to log in.  On the setting page, If I click on check for update, I get the error "Failed to connect to ReadyCLOUD server".  It seems like it can't find the server to connect. Nothing changed on my end.

Are you running any kind of firewall or similar software that may have updated and is now blocking that traffic?

Re: RN212 READYCLOUD NOT WORKING ON WINDOWS7

nothing on my systems have changed or been updated. i even turned off virus protection and firewall and still doesn't work. the fact that other people are having the same problem, shows something changed on netgear's end.

Hallo @PRASHANT1971,

DamianM
