What does that means?
If Dumas servers are down does that means xr500's users can not access to their router settings?
Sound very stranged and not secured at all.

Good question. The simple answer is no, if our servers go down, the routers are fine.

Our problem was that we did a bad update to the geo-filer which caused a bug. We fixed it quickly but some people updated during the period it was broken.

Same issue here since yesterday. Mulitple re-starts same issue. Last option is Reset which I'm not keen on.

3.Router Auto Firmware Update -> I Disagree

@dan801 you most likely just need to delete the cache/cookies on your web browser and then you will be able to access the interface.
