XR 500 Network map not showing wired xbox one x

I have tried to reach out to a couple others forums on here without any solutions. The only way I can get the xbox one x to show up is either rebooting, unplugging or flushing cloud. This issue has started a few weeks ago and has not fixed itself. I cannot keep rebooting, unplugging (power)or flushing cloud. 

1. Firmware is up to date.

2. XBOX is in energy mode.

3. XBOX is wired

4. My sons wireless xbox is showing in network map.

5. Turned UPnP on.

6. Owned original netduma and very familiar with routers etc.

7. Also tried deleting xbox and adding it back. Did not work.

8. Unpluging ethernet from xbox and plugging back in also did not work.

Please help me fix this.

I started this thread in January. Still not fixed. There is nothing that can be said on my disappointment with this issue. A gaming router that can see consoles and will not fix it. That is the issue. Also you lost a costumer. Once this thing breaks I am not going to get a netgear again.

And yes I can play it online while it does not show in network.

What broswer are you using? Try FF or Opera? Same thing? 

Disable Instant On?

I use google crome, which they recommend.

Could you try disaling Instant On to see if that fixes the problem?

So I think I fixed the issue for me. I changed IPV6 from auto detect to auto config. Now the xbox is showing in network map.

If your ISP doesn't support IPv6 natively, you can disable it.

I am starting to think that it's a firmware/OS issue, I have the same issues with the device list. when the device shows offline it doesn't show up in the network traffic monitor and I suspect it won't be managed by the QOS filters either. As an FYI only 5 devices will show up on the network traffic monitor.

I went to the DumaOS forums and found many threads with this exact issue for the Nighthawk but I found a lot of the devs and admins replying to threads so you may have more luck there.

Well that is now not working. My sons wifi connected xbox is showing but my wired one is not. Frustrating to say the least.

Check the other online devices with the IP from the console network settings, has it been detected as a different device?

Nothing else is wired. I also turned off all wfi devices as well just in case.

Now none of the xbox's in the house are showing. Old xbox one nad xbox one x is not showing. It has to be a firmware issue.

In the console network settings is it getting an IP address that corresponds to the router?
