AC1800 is not a reliable guide to model number. Many devices come with an AC tag, but it is essentially a label that Netgear, and other brands, attach to hardware to describe wifi speeds.
In this case, there is no such thing as an AC1800. So your message isn't going to get you anywhere. We don't know what you own and what is wrong with it.
