Do a factory reset by pressing the Reset button at the back for 7-10 seconds

If you need more help, tell people what hardware you have.
AC2300 is not a reliable guide to model number. Many devices come with an AC tag, but it is essentially a label that Netgear, and other brands, attach to hardware to describe wifi speeds.
Look at the label on your device for the model number. Something like R7000P or RS400.
Manuals are always a good place to start.
