Fiber optic cable adapter?
I am currently using a Nokia, ISP-provided fiber optic wifi router. The modem only has a port for the fiber optic cable (see image below) and the cable is built into the existing router. I would like to buy a Netgear router, but they only seem to support ethernet cables. Is there a fiber-to-ethernet adapter? If not, is there a Netgear router that includes a fiber optic cable?

Re: Fiber optic cable adapter?
Contact the ISP for help and information regarding there services and what is required for use with Fiber ISP services.
Usually ONTs are needed for a Fiber service line.

Re: Fiber optic cable adapter?
Unfortunately, our ISP is of no use here—they only support their Nokia routers. Does Netgear offer any ONT routers?

Re: Fiber optic cable adapter?
No.
You'd have to use the nokia and connect the netgear to it.
