Firmware V1.4.1.44_1.3.5 R7960P still not updating firmware.
I posted about this a while ago, but I have tried everything to update my routers Firmware. It is stuck on V1.4.1.44_1.3.5 with several other firmware versions to upgrade to. 1.4.1.68_1.3.28 appears to be the latest. I have reset, factory reset. manually downloaded the file and tried to apply. It goes through the process, saying it could take a few minutes to load and reboot. The router resets but the the Firmware version is not updated and the router still shows a firmware upgrade available.
Im pretty lost trying to figure this out and very irritated... Anyone else have any ideas...

This router is bull**bleep**. I’m done. It’s now reset itself to factory settings 10 times. Still running the firmware it came with because no one will fix it. Goodbye. Thank you Netgear for your excellent customer support and service. I hope a Trojan runs through your corporate headquarters.
