Logging not working after firmware update
I have a Nighthawk RAX120v2 Wifi router.I recently updated the firmware to V1.2.8.40. ever since then the only entries I see in the log file are DHCP IP: entries, and supervisor logins. I'm not seeing remote connections coming in to my router or DoS attempts. I have all options checked for logging.
Port forwarding is working as I see connections in my IIS logs.
Any suggestions as to how to get the logging back to where it was is appreciated.

It reported all kinds of traffic before the firmware update.

Firmware updates very often make changes to the router log feature. I do consider the enable/disable selection of events to be a configuration. With different routers and different firmware updates, some of the events have become non functional. How many versions of firmware did you jump from old to new?
Anytime you perform a firmware update and there are issues after the update, the first course of action should be a firmware default reset. I know it is a PIA, but it has proven to be the most effective and efficient course of action to correct problems with a router.
