My router is dropping internet connection (AC2400)
So I have been having issues with my AC2400 router. At random times I lose all internet connection ethernet and wifi for a few seconds every 10 minutes or so. The loss of internet is not constant though so sometimes it can take hours for the issue to arise again. It is no longer than a few seconds that I lose internet. I have factory reset my router, updated to the latest firmware, I have also reverted back to older versions of the firmware and the issue still happens. I have talked to my ISP and they said that there is no issue with my modem. While talking to them my internet did cut out but they said they didn't see any issues with the modem. I've ran pin plotter to see what and when I am loosing my internet. I used ping plotter to see what happens when I lose internet. I have a cat6 ethernet cable but it doesn't seem to the the issue. I don't really know what else I can do other than getting another router. If anyone can give me some advice to what I can do next that would be great.

Which one?
AC2400 is not a reliable guide to model number. Many devices come with an AC tag, but it is essentially a label that Netgear, and other brands, attach to hardware to describe wifi speeds.
Look at the label on the device for the model number.

Only a number tells us which version you actually have. It is more useful than "the latest". (It may not be by the time people read this.) There can also be newer versions, or "hot fixes", that do not show up if you check for new firmware in the browser interface.
It might also help if you told people what the modem is in front of this router, if there is one. The model number could be useful. Is it, by any chance, also a router, with a set of LAN ports on the back?
The reason for asking is that a lot of people turn up here trying to put a router behind a modem that is also a router. That can complicate troubleshooting.

The router is the R7350. The firmware I updated to was v1.2.0.92 which was the latest one on the netgear website for my router at this time. My router and modem are separated. The modem that I have is an Arris model:TM822A. Also I had reverted to an older firmware version to see if the issue continued and it did. The version that I reverted to is: V1.2.0.88_1.0.1.

Yes it happens to all devices as far as I'm aware. Whenever the internet goes out it goes out on my computer which is on ethernet and also my phone which is on the 5ghz wifi band.

Its kind of hard to see when it happens because it is random and I do not honestly want to sit at my router watching for hours on end to see the lights but the only change I saw was the second light on my router was orange which is the internet led and on my modem the first 3-4 lights were blinking. This is when an outage occurred.

That's a start. It shows that the router loses its connection to the Internet but still has a connection to the router.
Blinking lights usually tell you that there is traffic on the bit that the LED is looking at.
For a clue as to why it loses the Internet, if you can spare the time it might be worth looking at the router's logs:
ADVANCED > Administration > Logs.
There's a whole bunch of other stuff we haven't gone into yet. Such as the firmware version on the router and whether or not you have reset it.
Takes time, I know, and takes a bit of detailed description, but cheaper than throwing the thing away and buying a new router.

So I'm looking into the logs there area bunch of Dos Attacks but from what I read these are mostly harmless but there in the log it does say but here is the log. Also at the bottom is something I havent seen yet within the logs is WinNuke. There are two times within these logs here that the internet had disconnected.

Mostly harmless sums it up. But those reports do point to one thing you can try.
All that logging is a sign of the router putting effort into processing and recording what is going on.
One theory is that certain functions, such as QoS and Parental Controls overload the processor and bring the router to its knees. You could disable things that you don't need. Start with QoS, an increasingly redundant feature with ever fast Internet speeds.
You can also turn off some of those monitoring functions. DoS attacks, as you say, aren't usually something to worry about. Not reporting them doesn't even stop the protection. That is also something that people sometimes disable.

QoS is already disabled on my router. I also saw somewhere how having your modem plugged into a power strip could cause issues. My modem was plugged into a power strip but now I have it plugged directly into the wall and I still get the same issue.
