Netgear NightHawk AC1900
I am trying to connect an irobot to the internet. It says it can't connect because it uses a 2.4 signal. I have tried switching speeds on the router, but that doesn't work. Any ideas?

Re: Netgear NightHawk AC1900
1. what router do you have? AC1900 is a speed
2. Did you make sure you're phone is connected to 2.4ghz during setup? Thats what its asking you to do (basically)

@michaelkenward some have had issues. I've connected 2x different irobots to my network without issues.
Shouldn't say zero issues because it had issues with wpa3 but once security was changed to wpa2/wpa3, zero issues

My point was that someone who turns up here with a question might find it useful to see what has been said about it before.
I am amazed by the number of people who don't try that simple troubleshooting move before they throw a "new" problem into the mix.
