PASSWORD. Locked out after moving EXT from one home to next

Unable to access my EXT after moving homes to a new router.

EXT asks me to log in, and my username and password do not match.

Worst, the 2 password questions I answer are "wrong answers" but that's impossible--the city I was born, and my sister's name.

Any way I might log in to my EXT without answering the 2 questions?

Problem with the security questions that if you didn't set them up, it still asks them. But there isn't a correct answer.

What I'd do is simply factory reset the extender and reinstall it.

Push and hold reset for 7-15 seconds while its powered on.

Then follow the new install guide.
