I need to register a username and password for this extender. I can give you serial number

Register it for what?

There is no need to resister a username and/or password to use your device.

Registration is for support and warranty purposes.

Feed in your model number and check the documentation for your hardware.

That page will also have any software, firmware and drivers for your device, if they exist.

Look for the model number on the label on the device.

You don't say what your device is, if it is a wifi extender, then this is not the best place to seek help.
