Hello Team,
I would like to have your knowledge base updated with the types of security options available in IEEE and supported security options on NETGEAR router with detailed description. The current article which is avaiable on your KB portal isn't that great enough. This is what I get when searched for security options..
http://kb.netgear.com/app/answers/detail/a_id/112/
and
http://kb.netgear.com/app/answers/detail/a_id/13205
I would like to refine your article with all the available security options starting from WEP, WPA-PSK[TKIP], Mixed, WPA2-PSK[AES] etc. I am not sure whether your knowledge base team consider my request or not. Even if they consider will I get any intimation after posting my suggested article in your support portal.
Thanks & Regards,
NetRags

5. etc..
Example:
What is WEP security?
> Definition
> Description about Key index (Key1,2,3,4)
> What is the purpose of Generate button when WEP security is selected
> etc
Prons
> Supported by almost all the wireless devices including Win-XP, Amazon Kindle etc...
> etc

This information not just helpful your valuable customer also helps your phone support representative to get familiarize on these. So that they can avoid blabbering when customer asked about the differences b/w security types.
