It would be helpful if you describe the issue that has been going on for more than 2 months:
- Model of Orbi system and firmware release?
- Android device (or devices) running the Orbi app?
- Version of Android Orbi app? (current version is v2.21.0.2590)
- How is the app failing with regard to Anywhere Access?
- Cannot enable Anywhere Access?
- Cannot connect Locally?
- Anywhere Access is enabled, but does not work
- When connected to the Orbi locally
- When connected to the internet somewhere else
- Cannot get the app to open at all?
- Is the web browser interface working correctly?
Sometimes we get tunnel vision from focusing on a specific problem and may not realize that users are experiencing other issues.
- GOODLACE2Nov 29, 2022GuideLol. You know how many times I described my issue ? With the same questions. I don't want to seem mean or anything. I went through this so many times with so many steps. Uninstall. Install. Reset. Hard reset. Upgrading firmware. Downgrading frameware.

My Bad for not reading back through the conversation. I found the post from October 3. The situation then (today) remains:
- Android device is connected to the RBR750 system.
- Version of the Android app is v2.21.0.2590.
- Android app performs as expected on the local connection.
- Attempt to enable Anywhere Access fails with "something went wrong."
Yes, this is ridiculous.
- GOODLACE2Nov 30, 2022GuideNo problem. Thank you for trying to help. It's just frustrating especially when you looking at expensive system.
