I can no longer log into SXK80 system using 192.168.1.1
I have always been able to login to 192.168.1.1, or any of the orbilogin methods.
Recently I am no longer able to access any of the Router or 2 satellites by going to 192.168.1.1, 192.168.1.2, or 192.168.1.3.
However I can access and login to the following:
192.168.1.1/hidden_info.htm or 192.168.1.2/hidden_info.htm
192.168.1.3/hidden_info.htm or 192.168.1.1/debug.htm
192.168.1.2/debug.htm or 192.168.1.3/debug.htm
I've looked everywhere and cannot find a fix. Any help will be appreciated.

Hmmm… can't reach this page
It looks like the webpage at https://192.168.1.1/ might be having issues, or it may have moved permanently to a new web address.

Interesting. Has the latest hack somebody tried on the consumer routers with some wannabee-sso-like-code in qa-quality made it over to the Orbi Pro? What I have in mind is this wonderful *****. Does this look familiar what might go on under the hood there?

Re: I can no longer log into SXK80 system using 192.168.1.1
Wait - do you have https enabled on your Orbi Pro SXK80 system?
Or have probably the Facebook Wi-Fi portal for the guest WiFi network enabled and active? Wireless > Guest Portal (Orbi Pro WiFi 6 AX6000 Tri-band WiFi System (SXK80) User Manual, p.109 ff.)
The special 192.168.1.1 URLs you listed before are plain http only of course?

Re: I can no longer log into SXK80 system using 192.168.1.1
Ref. the Facebook WiFi guest portal https://kb.netgear.com/000055556/How-do-I-set-up-and-enable-Facebook-Wi-Fi-on-my-wireless-access-poi... ... Meta is winding down this service, or has finally done it now. So this feature became obsolete from what I understand. @plemans do you have some insights for a non-Orbi Pro owner like me? Have these controls be removed, or does everthing remain in place (without practical usage), and levaing any kind of side effects open?

Re: I can no longer log into SXK80 system using 192.168.1.1
No, same IP address, pinging and tracert fine. Also the router and satellites are up and running perfect. Just cannot log in because of a certificate anomaly. And I can't find a work around.
The really weird thing is I can access no problem to 192.168.1.1/debug.htm

Re: I can no longer log into SXK80 system using 192.168.1.1
Is this the actual error message?
ERR_SSL_KEY_USAGE_INCOMPATIBLE
If so, this is a known issue. There are several threads here discussing it. Workaround is to use Firefox. We're waiting for Netgear to fix this - it's ultimately on them.

Re: I can no longer log into SXK80 system using 192.168.1.1
Hi all,
The issue is confirmed and we now have a patch firmware to fix it. After installing the patch firmware a factory reset is required.
If anyone would like to install the patch firmware please send me a PM.
Thanks

Re: I can no longer log into SXK80 system using 192.168.1.1
Hello @DavidGo
Lost as before.... what was relly fixed now?
We're supposed being able to login to the Web UI as before?
A new self.signed certificate deployed so the ERR_SSL_KEY_USAGE_INCOMPATIBLE error does no longer appear?
Can a factory reset, thus new installed SXKn0 be added again to Insight, so the settings are back?
Thank you

Re: I can no longer log into SXK80 system using 192.168.1.1
Hi @schumaku
In the patch firmware it is just fixing the issue where the SXK80 is not allowing login to the local admin page, but everything else is working as normal.
After installing the patch firmware and doing the factory reset the ERR_SSL_KEY_USAGE_INCOMPATIBLE error no longer appears.
If the device is added in Insight, it should come back online in Insight and sync the config once Internet access is restored to the SXR80.
Thanks

Re: I can no longer log into SXK80 system using 192.168.1.1
Hello DavidGo,
I have the same problem with my router.
Is there a new firmware update for my router.
At this moment there isn't one.

Re: I can no longer log into SXK80 system using 192.168.1.1
The patch did not work for me in the latest version of Edge in Windows 11.
I was able to access my CP with Firefox and install the patch. I confirmed the router and both satellites installed the patch. Unfortunately, there was No change in Edge after factory reset.

Did you push the firmware update through the app or the web portal?

Re: I can no longer log into SXK80 system using 192.168.1.1
Web Portal
But! I have an update. After attempting and failing following the instructions, I went back to Firefox, accessed my Orbi router and backed up and erased the routers settings bringing it back to factory settings. Then I restored it from my backup. I did not reboot or anything. I went to the latest update of Edge and now I can access the router at he normal ip 192.168.1.1 with no error. I don't know why the factory reset did not work, but for me the above method completed the fix.

Re: I can no longer log into SXK80 system using 192.168.1.1
Is this the sxr80-v4.3.2.1001356-signed firmware? I was sent a copy that I installed but I am still seeing the SSL Certificate error when trying to log into the router on edge or chrome.

Re: I can no longer log into SXK80 system using 192.168.1.1
I still see the certificate error message as well, but I am able to hit continue and log in, where before I would get a missing page.

Re: I can no longer log into SXK80 system using 192.168.1.1
Hello @Mstrbig,
And welcome to the NETGEAR Community! 🙂
There is an ongoing issue for Orbi routers pertaining to certificate error and affected browsers are both Edge and Google Chrome. Netgear Engineering team plans to release a firmware that fixes this issue soon but there is no ETA. For now you can use a patch firmware that fixes this issue. YOu may want to try to visit the link below to get the patch firmware and load it to your router. The step by step procedure are already mentioned in there as well.
Have a lovely day,
Rene D

I can no longer log into my SXR80 Router
I keep getting this error message when I try to log into my SXR80 Router "
ERR SSL KEY USAGE INCOMPATIBLE"
I use Password Keeper so I know I am using the same username and password, it has worked ok since I purchased my router using my HP Desktop computer. All of the help messages I have found on the internet has been very confusing for me. I am computer literate as I have been using them since 1983, started with a Tandy 1000 with dual 5-1/4 floppy's.
My router information is:
WIFI Network Name: ORBI54
Network Key Password: Sorry Did Not Post this
Serial Number 6KW6215FA6E69
MAC: C89E43AB6AD2
