Orbi Pro SXR80 - Firmware Auto Update Problem

I have a Netgear Orbi Pro router (SXR80) with two Satellites (SXS80). I am a little new to this, so please excuse my lack of experience.
I have my network working well. But I have two issues:
1). Firmware Update - the button for enabling auto-firmware updates is greyed out and I don't know how to change this (I am in router mode). I have been able to manually update the firmware on the router and satellites but would prefer this to happen automatically.
2. I assume the Orbi app for iPhone should work with Orbi Pro? Unfortunately the app never detects my system (I do not 'local network' permissions enabled for the app).
Any help for either of these problems would be gratefully received. Thank you.

The Orbi 'app' is intended for residential class systems. The Orbi Pro line is managed using the Insight app.

Firmware update is covered on page 160 of the user manual:

The user manual is silent about the possibility that the option would be grayed out. hmmm.
I had thought that Insight users have a way to ask questions (page 3 of the product data sheet says a 5 year Insight subscription is bundled with the purchase). oops...footnote 1 says business customers are screwed the same way as residential customers.

Thanks. Yes, it is silent about the enable function being greyed out. I wondered whether there might be some king of "schedule" function that is overriding it - but I cannot find anything on that possibility.

In the Web GUI, select the "Advanced" tab. In the "Router Information" box, scroll down to "Management Mode." Does it say "Local" or "Insight"? If the latter, click on "Insight" to be taken to the Netgear Insight Web Site. Insight overrides local control.
