One more: Outstanding Support!! *thumb up!* Got a WD TV live HUB Media Player and there the firmware seems to get even more buggy each update (if one comes). It's so frustrating (with a quite new product). Before I get too angry there I think: Ok, it's for your private fun, you'll never ever buy one again and your NAS shows you that there still is good service out there :wink:
