ReadyCloud Desktop App shows OFFLINE
ReadyCloud Desktop APP shows NAS as OFFLINE. Uninstalled, redownloaded, reinstalled the app. Rebooted NAS104 device. Removed and readded 4.2.2.2 and 8.8.8.8 under IPv4 (these were suggested by support about a year ago for previous issue). Turned off and on ReadyCloud under CLOUD tab. Somehow I've made things worse. I can access the admin page via 192.168.1.5 and RAIDar (which btw now shows my device twice with same info). I can access my files under the SHARES tab, but this is inconvienient. Also played around a little with the IPv6, but no luck there either. I don't really know what I'm doing and have been taking steps from several different help topics. Thank you.

Re: ReadyCloud Desktop App shows OFFLINE
If you are referring to the Desktop ReadyCloud App and this link: http://readycloud.netgear.com/client/index.html#page=access, I checked and the log in information is the same for both of them. What is the Remote Account?

Re: ReadyCloud Desktop App shows OFFLINE
Hi jhusn001,
Was this working before? What firmware are you using on the ReadyNAS?
Regards,

Re: ReadyCloud Desktop App shows OFFLINE
Yes, it was working great before. The Firmware is 6.6.0. RAIDar still wouldn't detect it so I had to type in 192.168.1.5 to access the Admin page to find the Firmware number. To add to the issue, since trying to fix the Windows issue, I no longer have access to my files on my Android based Netgear Ready-CLOUD app. What other info can I provide?
Thanks in advance!

Re: ReadyCloud Desktop App shows OFFLINE
We have newer firmware ReadyNAS OS 6.6.1 now available!
You may wish to give that a try and also try disabling IPv6. If you still have issues please check the PM I just sent.
