Yes, We can trigger backup Manually in ReadyNAS following below steps,
To create a backup job:
1. Select Backup.
2. Click the Add Backup button.
A pop-up screen displays.
3. In the Backup Job Name field, enter a name for the new backup job.
4. On the lefthand side of the configuration page, select the backup source (the place where you store the primary copy of your data).
5. On the righthand side of the configuration page, select a backup destination (the place where you want to store the backed-up data).
Depending on how your ReadyNAS system is configured, these options vary. If you would like to see specific examples of common backup jobs, refer to the ReadyNAS Backup FAQ
Note: The source and destination of the job cannot both be remote.
6. Click Next.
7. Set the schedule as needed For Example To run the backup job every Saturday night after midnight, the required configuration is: Backup Every: 24 hours Time: 00:05 and 01:05 Repeat: Sat
8. Choose to remove the contents of the backup destination before full backup. This should be used with caution.

I think you might be misunderstanding @nagendrakumar's question. I don't think he is asking about the backup job features in the NAS.
Instead I think he is asking about the Google Drive application that is on the Cloud tab of the web ui - wanting to know how often that syncs to the Google Drive cloud storage.

My concern is I have enabled cloud backup to Google Drive from my Readynas 314 as below, some reason back still not initiated even after 3days of configuration. i did find any option to triger backup manually, i want to know is there any option to trigger manually backup/sync or schedule the same. and how often it syncs to google drive.
The sync begins immediately after enabling cloud backup via these propmt. The time required to complete the sync is determined by the amount of data stored in the path folder.
There are no other manually backup triggers available on ReadyNAS devices.
Cloud backups are performed on an immediate basis.
