Can't delete snapshots on FW 6.9.2

Based on other threads I believe more people are experiencing this problem: ghost snapshots that you can't delete from the UI.
Looks like Netgear hasn't been doing proper QC / regression of the latest firmware running on older models?... (if someone from Netgear read this I would really appreciate an answer).
Any ideas on how can I get rid of the snapshots that are consuming one third of my NAS capacity?
Is ssh the oly way to go?
Thanks in advance

There was a one-off upgrade to the snapshots when updating from pre-6.2.x to 6.2.x (or later) firmware. This didn't take place on your system.
I've now manually deleted all those old snapshots and have rebooted the system.

Re: Can't delete snapshots on FW 6.9.2
Solved. 2 hours after I created the thread.
Not sure what to make of this, to be honest... I felt quite disapointed when I learned that there wasn't a number I could call given that I bought the NAS in 2013 and didn't want to pay for support. I then realised my only chance was the Community.
Created this thread with very low expectations, to be honest.
Assumed that, with luck, someone (not from NETGEAR) would reply tomorrow if I got lucky.
Turns out NETGEAR actively monitors the community and 'jumped' to help me asap.
All I can say is:
THANK YOU SO MUCH @mdgm-ntgr !!!
In my original text I complained about QC on firmware upgrades but as a software developer I understand that sometimes moving forward requires breaking backwards compatibility.
The thing is: some companies just do it and disregards existing customers. That's clearly not the case with NETGEAR and that really means a lot to me.
Well done!
