Can't login?
Hello everybody,
Recently i purhcased a ReadyNAS duo, but i'm having problems logging into readynas Photo's.
It keeps saying login failed, Then i click forgot password, Generate a new password, ( Then i automatically login )
Once i click ReadyNAS Photos on my desktop i can't login anymore.
Help me out please 😞
Thanks 😉

Re: Can't login?
So just to confirm your new Duo is a Duo v2, i.e. runs RAIDiator 5.3.x and has new Dashboard web-interface?

Re: Can't login?
Yes it is a v2, And I'm Running RAIDar, No RAIDiator, Is that required?
I'm Completely new in this world, so sorry for the stupid questions 😛

Re: Can't login?
RAIDiator is the ReadyNAS firmware, so you are certainly running it.

What do you see in the Info (far right) column in RAIDar?

Re: Can't login?
4.1.7, I'm updating it already btw 🙂 Noticed that the Raidiator is the firmware indeed.

Re: Can't login?
That is a Duo v1, not a Duo v2. So you posted in the wrong forum (as I suspected from reading the first post in the thread). The Duo v1 (Sparc) runs RAIDiator 4.1.x. It comes with ReadyNAS Photos (I) not ReadyNAS Photos II.
Please have a read of http://www.readynas.com/?p=5
Also take a look at the Photos forum e.g. the Troubleshooting tips stick (http://www.readynas.com/forum/viewtopic.php?f=58&t=16820). Note that the Duo (v1) only has User mode, so ignore references to share mode.
You can ignore points number 2 and 5 that yoh-dah made in the opening post in the thread.
