Intermittent Motion Detection

I currently have ReadyNas Surveillance installed on a 316 with 3 cameras connected (All Axis). Two of the cameras work flawlessly with motion detection and capture according to the parameters I have set. One camera however, an Axis P1355 just doesn't want to play nice, in so much as the motion detection on this one is not always captured on the Surveillance App. I have just finished a 9 day support incident with Axis to see if there are any underlying issues with the camera itself. We setup a small area of capture on the camera and set this up to drop any captured video to a share on the NAS (NOT using surveillance). We then created motion in this area and the files were all captured on the NAS as they should. We then removed this share and set it up to capture through the Surveillance app with EXACTLY the same settings as previous. On this occasion the files captured were less that 25% even though we could see activity being actioned in the same area. From this, Axis have proved that the camera is sending the record signal as required; however it seems like the Surveillance software is not picking it up on occasions. I am looking for some steer on this as to what this issue may be? The only major difference between this camera and the two others is the resolution. This one is much higher and would obviously consume more bandwidth on my wired LAN; however in saying this, looking at the cameras on the Surveillance app doesn't show red where there would be insufficient bandwidth. Can anyone help?
